29 year old woman with headaches , nausea , chest pains , 6 weeks ago I started having nausea , indigestion , chest pain along with headache . I went to the ER They did a blood test and an electrocardiogram . Everything was normal . Symptoms continue with occasional back pain .

Sometimes with insufficient diagnostic electrocardiogram is obtained. If there is a history to support (and apparently yes ) I think it's a problem of the esophagus. Anyway I recommend you visit your doctor .
