43 Man , I have chest pain that radiates to the shoulder blades and ribs. No heart problems , no stones in the gallbladder , normal liver problems or chest , what's left?

You could check pancreatic ( amylase) enzymes , acid reflux can give these symptoms. Any intra-abdominal or diaphragm problem gives shoulder pain . It could be a cervical disc problem .
