8 months I have chest pain , dizziness, pain between the shoulder blades ago . An electro, a stress test and a normal echo. Can be caused by stress rather than something physical ?

To diagnose chest pain chest x-ray is needed. Could be many things, from a simple muscle strain to esophageal or lung tumors. Check with your doctor .
