After passing the flu and sinusitis with antibiotics, fever , pain in the spine and neck and chronic headache. Now I have a fever again, I 'm two weeks sick , coughing , walking, driving me pain in the spine. I have spent 10 days with antibiotics. Can it be viral meningitis?
