Am I Pregnant ? I am using a contraceptive method and had menstruation , but I am having symptoms of pregnancy such as nausea , pain in the lower back , headache, extreme swings in mood , brown vaginal discharge , lumps around my nipples , a line in the abdomen and occasional dizziness .

The symptoms you are having could be caused by hormonal fluctuations due to the contraceptive pill. Think of it this way , the pill suppresses ovulation , so your body is in a state of pseudo pregnancy. It could benefit from using a different pill with a different hormone composition . On your next visit to discuss with your doctor about changing your current pill. Take care of yourself.
