Any idea what this is? I have blurred vision, dizziness, difficulty finding the right words, depression, nausea, back pain, burning in the eyes, yellowish eyes and headaches. I am afraid that I am going to have a brain tumor ... Am I right?

I feel that is not good. If your eyes are yellow due to jaundice, this may indicate a serious liver disease - which represent many, if not all, of your symptoms. However, if you've noticed the yellow in the eyes is not jaundice, there is plenty of conditions that could be contributing to their complaints, such as anxiety or depression, metabolic disorders, intestinal disorders (celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc ...), thyroid disease, anemia and others. (Incidentally, a brain tumor would not be at the top of the list of probabilities.) If you have not visited your doctor since I posted this question, I urge you to do so as soon as possible.
