Are these symptoms life threatening ? Constant nausea , stomach pain , joint pain, throbbing pain on the inside of the legs, pain in the back (near the kidney area - not sure ), insomnia , sometimes hard to think . I am 40 but I feel 80 .

Unfortunately, without being able to make a face examination is not possible to determine whether your symptoms are due to a serious problem or not. These problems could easily be due to a worrying but not deadly ailment such as fibromyalgia, or could be caused by a more serious disorder cone celiac disease or irritable bowel syndrome.
