Burning in the stomach, itching and pain in the nipples and chest, nausea without vomiting, severe headaches, chills, dizziness, fatigue and blurred vision, back pain. I have 3 children, I did my tubal ligation 7 years ago, although I have my period every month, mood swings. Please help.

You have a good number of symptoms. It is difficult to know if they are related or may be due to different issues.If you are concerned about a possible pregnancy (I am not sure if this is your question) the only way to know is doing a pregnancy test. This can be done at home or in your doctor's office. The tubal ligations are not 100% effective, so this is a possibility, albeit small. Regardless , all of the above symptoms should be studied . This would be a good time to perform an annual checkup , or make an appointment with your doctor if you already have a health check last year. You can have high blood pressure , thyroid problems , hormonal imbalance , diabetes or anemia. The list is endless. The only way to know is with a complete medical checkup.
