Fibroids , also called leiomyomas are benign uterine tumors (not cysts) that can cause pain and heavy bleeding during menstruation. If you are causing periods with too heavy flow , it can cause anemia and dizziness , lightheadedness , etc. . as described . It is easily diagnosed by ultrasound. See your gynecologist to evaluate this.
