Could a "full" bladder contrast tomography of the abdomen and pelvis confused or misinterpreted as cancer / tumor / bladder problems?
The intention to use a contrast fluid in contrast tomography of the pelvis is " filling the bladder " so we can see if there is any growth on the walls of the bladder or to fill any abnormality among others. It is unlikely that a full bladder represents a problem, unless the problem is related to empty the bladder. In that case you should find a reason if the bladder does not empty normally.
