Could I be pregnant? I had the last period on 20 /5 and had a light spotting on 2/ 7. I've had a day of delayed menstruation . I took a pregnancy test and was negative . The seventh I started to experience pain in the lower back and 30/6 headaches.

Yes , pregnancy is a possibility. Will get another test the quiet . Spotting can sometimes occur during pregnancy which may confuse the person about the dates . It would be good idea to have another test .
