Do I have the flu? I've been throwing up all day today when I need to go to the bathroom ( I do not mean urine , and I usually have to go at least 3 times every half hour) watery stool leaves . The stomach is killing me , I have very painful cramps on the right side and the right side of my back hurts .

It is likely that your symptoms are caused by an acute viral gastroenteritis (stomach flu), which usually resolves only after two or three days. However, these same symptoms can be seen in more serious ailments such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. The pain in the right lower abdomen suggests the possibility of acute appendicitis. If you have not yet gone to the doctor, I highly recommend you do.
