During 6-7 weeks I've had a sore throat and neck pain. It seems to have something inside. In stressful situations seem to be about to faint.

By the symptoms you describe could be anything. It could be a stricture or blockage of the esophagus, or a functional problem in which the esophageal sphincter does not work well. Sometimes esophageal sphincter may have diverticula and the food can stay there. Sometimes an external compression such as goiter can narrow it. A scanner throat might help. Check with your doctor.
