Experiment terrible stomach cramps , I'm giddy , I feel very tired , sweat a lot , have diarrhea , my hands and feet were red and sting me . Sometimes the itching and redness extend to the entire body .

This could be as simple as Giardia or something much more difficult to diagnose. It may not all symptoms are related to a single cause, but is usually the case. Go see a gastroenterologist or a specialist or infectious disease physician for a medical evaluation. I hope you are better soon.
