The place where the rash does not indicate anything about food allergies. Hives can occur anywhere on the body. Eczema can appear anywhere too, but more usually seen on the elbows, behind the knees , wrists , ankles , top of feet and hands , behind the ears , eyelids and anywhere in the neck.
