For 5 years I have suffered from progressive fatigue, along with pain in the neck and back, headaches, rashes on the knees and elbows, tingling, itching and sore feet, legs, arms and hands. Any idea?

These symptoms ( rashes in particular) are associated with psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis, although an accurate diagnosis can not be made in this forum . You should go to the doctor and explain your symptoms, and a rheumatologic evaluation may be recommended .
