How I can know what is happening without me going to the doctor ? I have no insurance. I have irregular heartburn, irregular menses ( only when I 'm on birth control ), diarrhea, headaches and swollen breasts . I took pregnancy test came back negative . Also I experience fatigue and mood swings .
