I am 35 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing pain in the lower back, a white discharge, toilet and thick with a clear area around vagina and pain and lower abdomen. What could these symptoms mean?

There are many possibilities, and your doctor will want to investigate. Want to ensure that no water broke. Want to know if you are dilating or if you have lost the mucus plug. You may also want to do tests to rule out infection. After 35 weeks would still be premature labor. Need a medical evaluation performed.
