I am experiencing dizziness and numbness / cold arms. Is it a sign of low blood pressure?

There are many possible causes, so a complete medical evaluation should be performed. Although low blood pressure can cause some types of dizziness , changes in sensation may be less typical and in any case not apply to a narrow tip .
