I am experiencing headaches, nausea , fatigue, excessive vaginal discharge , colorless and tingling nipples. I am breastfeeding my baby 12 months old . Should have menstruation morning. Could it be pregnancy?

Get a home pregnancy test . Are effective if done around the same time when I should have expected menses . If is negative , repeat after a week and call your doctor .
