It is possible that this is a systemic problem like a thyroid or autoimmune disease that is affecting the gastrointestinal and musculoskeletal systems. Might even be Lyme disease with viral symptoms , muscle pain, muscular pain or could simply be a number of problems that occur at the same time . You should see your doctor.
