I experience a burning pain whenever I urinate , plus frequent urination , back pain , flu-like symptoms, severe muscle pain , dark urine , dizziness and difficulty breathing. Could be a kidney infection ?

I experience a burning pain whenever I urinate , plus frequent urination , back pain , flu-like symptoms, severe muscle pain , dark urine , dizziness and difficulty breathing. Could be a kidney infection ?

    I do not want to alarm you , but a medical evaluation should be performed immediately. You could have a kidney infection - or it could be something even more serious. I worry about the dizziness and breathlessness . There are forms of anemia that may be associated with a color (color of Coca -Cola ) of urine , which may cause dizziness and trouble breathing.
