I have a 6mm colloid cyst in the third ventricle. I have had a severe headache and dizziness in the front region. Should I be worried?

Colloid cysts are benign, but if they block the openings of the third ventricle may cause rapid death. It could be something sudden. In most cases do not clog the ventricle, but I would recommend you go to one neurosurgeon who will do a careful medical monitoring and possibly decide to operate if you feel this would be most beneficial to you.
