I have a headache at the bottom left of the head, in the area where the neck and skull meet, and does not disappear . What about me ? Nothing works , and try what you always try to hurt me again in the same place . The pain is unbearable .

That is something alarming and should be evaluated and may require testing imaging. The headache and persistent neck may indicate a large number of serious problems. If you experience vision changes, fever or vomiting should go to the ER, but please see a doctor soon.
