I have a labral debridement hip two weeks ago - even my groin hurts, but now really hurts thigh and lower back . - Is this normal? I'm not using crutches.

Would not surprise me to have these symptoms just two weeks after surgery . However, you should really talk to the orthopedist who performed the procedure to determine what should be the normal period of recovery and what to expect.
