I have a menstrual delay of 5 days, and I am suffering from acute pelvic pain, rectal pain, soiled mild, shoulder pain, dizziness, and I notice pulsations in the right side of my body; such as a tremor.

There are several possibilities, including pregnancy or pregnancy problems such as a pregnancy in the fallopian tubes / ectopic (misplaced) that could be dangerous. Could also be other problems such as a hormonal imbalance (including polycystic ovary syndrome), STD, or other infections. Would be nice if a medical evaluation did. If you do not want to become pregnant, talk to your doctor about birth control. If yes I want to also discuss it with your doctor.
