I have a pain in abdomen and lower back . I have a darker color urine and some pain when urinating. I am a woman of 23 years without possibility of being pregnant.

Dark urine with pain suggests that it may have a UTI and may also indicate dehydration with or without UTI. Pain in the lower left abdominal region could indicate other problems, eg An inflammatory disease of the pelvis. You should see your doctor for a urine test and a pelvic exam.
