I have a pain that has spread throughout the right arm and shoulder this side is unstable. I feel weakness in the forearm and hand every day , which gives me problems when posting . I also have some numbness in right chest and side . I have no neck pain .

No more information available , the only thing I can do is tell you to go see your doctor about the problem in his shoulder.
