    The neck pain usually comes from a degeneration of the discs or joints of the neck. Sometimes it's a muscle strain or sprain . It is common to refer to neck pain to headaches and shoulder blade. Possible treatments include anti-inflammatory , gentle massage and correct posture. If the pain lasts more than 2 weeks consult your doctor .
