I have a terrible headache along with numbness of the lips and face . I have been experiencing migraines since 15 years ago , but this in particular is being terrible. It began to cloud my vision and my lips and face slept. Is this normal or it may be something serious ?

If these symptoms were not typical of their previous migraine attacks , should discuss with a neurologist. Even if migraine prevention is better than cure.
