I have back pain , I'm concerned that they may be the kidneys. I have a weakness, dizziness , nausea , occasional diarrhea and sweating. I called my doctor and cannot visit me for a few more days will I can wait or urgent?

This does not look like a backache . It could be a kidney infection. The safest answer is not to wait and go to the emergency room .
