I have chest pain , diarrhea , dizziness , fever , tremors and stomach pain . All these symptoms started while menstruation. What is it?

Most likely it is viral. In some women the immune system is weakened during menstruation due to blood loss and are more likely to get sick. Anyway you could make a checkup.
