I have chest pain. What are the chances that a 29 year old woman has Wellens Syndrome ? ECG T waves inverted and left me v1 to v4 came out after having invested heavily they performed a stress test . Also the chest, arm , shoulder and between both shoulders hurts.

Wellens syndrome presents a pattern on the electrocardiogram indicating a stenosis in the descending coronary artery in people with unstable angina. In the original study , 18% of patients showed this effect on the electrocardiogram. Please consult with your own doctor who may do an exam and may comment on the findings , rather than worry about it on your own. With 29 years , if you have a good health and do not use drugs, is unlikely to be the cause.
