I have constant pain throughout the body . In the morning it hurts so much neck causing me a terrible headache , so sometimes I have a stiff neck that costs me move . What about me ?

There are too many possibilities to answer with ease. Depending on your age, you may have both a degenerative joint disease / or disk associated with arthritis and even fibromyalgia. Other problems, such as reactions to medications or even just a bad mattress, could also cause similar symptoms. I recommend that you see your doctor.
