I have dizziness , nausea, and the left side of the head is very sensitive to touch , what is it?

It is very likely to be a problem in the central nervous system. If you have had prior head trauma, this could explain the symptoms. Perhaps you have had a concussion, brain contusion, subdural hematoma ... Even if you have not had a trauma symptoms are there, I recommend you go to the emergency room immediately.
