I have flu symptoms. Deep muscle pain , weakness in both arms and legs , I'm faded when I stand , I have a fever and bloody diarrhea . I am a 35 year old man with these symptoms. They started after going to site 3 weeks ago and have eaten BBQ. Also I have low blood pressure.
