I have headaches , severe muscle cramps cough and recent addition to loss of muscle control. I have tested and have not shown abnormalities in the MRI and radiography me as nothing happens in the lungs. I have not seen a doctor since they started muscle cramps.

Your symptoms are very disturbing and should be performed a complete medical evaluation . I am particularly concerned about the new symptoms of muscle cramps and loss of control of your hand. I'm glad they 've done an NMR and X-rays , but their persistent symptoms are headache , cough, and muscle cramps now , needs a complete and thorough medical evaluation . It may help to write down symptoms before seeing your doctor to explain them completely.
