I have neuropathy in my hands and feet. A doctor suggested I have Guillian Barre. I have a lot of symptoms that suggest that GBS but I'm not sure. I have a stiff neck, shoulders, and chest pain and back.

More additional information would be helpful. You say you have neuropathy. Has it been confirmed with an EMG ? Tingling in the hands or feet are often a sign of neuropathy. Guillane -Barré usually cause problems with strength, not feeling. Peripheral neuropathy is not caused , so that if this is the diagnosis , it should be due to a different condition. Furthermore, Guillanne - Barre usually recovered within weeks or months , not last so long. There is a related disorder called CIDP can be chronic, but again, this should be diagnosed after a medical study . Without a EMG I can not say more.
