I have problems in my digestive system. I have cramps , stomach aches , occasional nausea , constipation , diarrhea and blood in stool ever since. There is gluten allergy or lactose did me the evidence and were negative.

You have 13 years should tell your parent and teach them the blood in the stool and abdominal pains. You should go to the doctor to find out what are your pains and bleeding.
