I have shortness of breath, cramps in the head with chest pains, my hands closes. I would like to know what happens to me?.
Please call emergency for an ambulance if new symptoms occur. I will list some of the symptoms of a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Chest pain and oppression are the most common presentation. However, pain can also occur in the upper back, abdomen (upper quadrant), jaw, head, teeth or arms (the right more than the left). You may have nausea, vomiting or feel like indigestion or heartburn. Shortness of breath, sweating, or just feeling cranky can also happen. Around a quarter of people have no significant symptoms during a heart attack.
