I have stomach upset, diarrhea, headache and dizziness when I woke up. What happens to me?

Appears to have an intestinal virus. Stomach upset and diarrhea leading to dehydration. This may make you feel dizzy and can give you a headache. Drink plenty of fluids, which would be a better you drink like Gatorade. If this has been going on for a while, needs further evaluation by your physician.
