I have weird chest pains I am 23 years old, occasional smoker and average body. Almost every night I have some numbness in the left shoulder down to the elbow. It is very uncomfortable and it hurts.

At 23 , it is unlikely that these symptoms are due to your heart. However, since they are persistent pain - and that is smoking - is a good idea to visit your doctor. The numbness in the shoulder may be due to a rheumatic disease, such as a pinched nerve in the neck or shoulder. The episode of vomiting can indicate reflux , which could also explain some of the symptoms, or may have been just a random episode in any event should visit the doctor.
