I keep getting headaches on the right side , right arm numbness , dizziness and loss of sensation in the left leg . I have done several tests , such as 4 electrocardiograms, blood tests , stress test. Everything has gone well.

Sorry you do not feel well . Given the extent of your treatment , it is unlikely that your symptoms are due to a life-threatening condition . Your headaches and other neurological symptoms may be due to a migraine syndrome , lack of strength and your breathing may simply be a manifestation of deconditioning (ie , overweight and out of shape ) . However, occasionally an underlying heart problem diagnosis can bypass the standard stress tests, and not all neurological disorders are evident in imaging studies . An echocardiogram may better explain the function of your heart, and a neurological study could clarify if something sinister contributing to the headaches , dizziness and numbness. If these tests do not have made them , it would be worthwhile to talk to your doctor.
