I made a test ANA ( antinuclear antibody ) with a score of 1:640 , elevated sedimentation rate , CRP was normal , blood count, urine and metabolic study study were normal . It hurts the top of the back, I have fatigue and pain on the right side . Lupus panel was negative . What can I have?

The high sedimentation rate is less important than having a normal PCR results . The antinuclear antibody panel is not important, as it seems to be a false positive. A large number of cases may increase erythrocyte sedimentation such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome , female hormones : ALL THE INCREASE IN SERUM FIBRINOGEN ?
