I suffer an overdose if I take two 800mg ibuprofen? I have taken it before but only 1 at a time, but once my headache disappeared and no body and wanted to try to take 2 at a time, but first wanted to make sure what could be the outcome.

From what I've seen, the maximum recommended dose of ibuprofen is 800 mg at a time. Drink extra fluids for headache, most headaches are due to dehydration. Avoid caffeine.
