I was unable to sleep in days I have a bad cough . I have yellow mucus with a little blood clear . I have no fever or chest pain . Can it be pneumonia?

It may be bronchitis or pneumonia. Pneumonia is not always accompanied by fever or chest pain or difficulty breathing. Check with your doctor.
