I went to a neurologist because I had mild headaches, pain in the back , legs and hands and weakness. I did tests and told me that there is a brain tumor, I'm still worried.

It is highly unlikely that you have a tumor in your age plus tests were negative. If symptoms persist should have other tests such as antinuclear antibody count to check for other problems such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Check with your doctor.
