Is my thyroid causing my knee pain or may be something else ? I'm 17 and took about 2 years with leg pain . I started experiencing a lot of pain and many " cracks " in the toes , shortly after the pain went up to the knees and hips , and occasionally on the back.

It is unlikely that your condition and your symptoms are caused by a thyroid condition. However, an autoimmune disease could affect bone and thyroid. You should make an appointment with a rheumatologist if you have not gone to any.
