I've been sick three weeks , I started with a sore throat , cold symptoms then cured and now again sore throat with constant headaches and body aches. I'm very nauseous and I have a dry cough.

As I explain you've had two almost simultaneous infections. Who first had the flu does not mean you're immune to another virus. You may have a bacterial infection . Check with your doctor , maybe you will improve faster with antibiotics .
