I've had a menstrual delay 9-10 days and I have a completely colorless flow. I've been sleeping a lot, some vomiting after meals, my back hurts and I have cramps in the lower abdominal region. Could I be pregnant even if the home pregnancy test sets do not I?

You might be pregnant. Should see your family doctor or your gynecologist for a checkup done . There are many other possibilities that can cause these symptoms, including an ovarian cyst.
